Stephane has a look of a Parisian dandy, in a perfectly-cut suit with professional manners of a craftsman seller of luxury pieces, who is aware of his price and the one of his art.

No wonder Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan chosen Monsieur Rolland as her exclusive tailor.

Stephane counts his clients well (one hundred) and he is perfectly familiar with the latest trends in the fashion industry: the new haute couture collection spring-summer 2010 designer created in collaboration with applied arts craftsmen and professionals from all over the world.

It turned out to be pretty courageous, but nevertheless chic – voluminous frills, creases, asymmetry of the sleeves, stand-up large low-cut collar turned over to open the back, “skittle” inserts of lacquered plastic and plate “blots”, blurring on the hems.

To the basic win-win black and white palette the designer added a royal bordeaux, satin golden sand and a noble profound purple. No color combinations.

“Bloody Mary” gloss on the lips of the models with the hair gathered in high backcombed chignons.

Does Monsieur Rolland consider launching a prêt-a-porter line in these economic recession times? Why not, as soon as he’s got some time between the execution of the orders for his loyal 100 clients, which are quite satisfied with the exclusivity of the couture collection of the fashion house
